In Store Return Policy

We do not offer any cash refunds. 

  • DRY STOCK: Store credit will be issued for unopened merchandise, with a receipt, up to 30 days post purchase.

  • LIVE STOCK: We take great care to ensure the health of our fish before they are sold. All losses are handled on a case by case basis. Any refund will be given in the form of store credit only. 

  • SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders are final sales.
